Corporate Social Responsibility
The Reroy Group is a passionate supporter of projects that seek to enhance the safety and quality of living of everyone within the community.
Reroy Power is no exception. Some of the contributions to social development made by the Reroy Group include:
Princess Marie Louise Children’s Hospital
In September 2010, the Group donated a range of electrical conductors and accessories to support the reconstruction of the theatre and intensive care unit at the Princess Marie Louise Children’s Hospital in Accra, Ghana.
The Group is privileged to have the opportunity to make a contribution to such a worthy cause and will continue to support further developments at the hospital.
Ghana National Fire Service Safety Campaign
The Reroy Group continues to lend its support to the Ghana National Fire Service in the promotion of its fire safety campaigns. To that end, the Reroy Group has made financial contributions to the Fire Service in order to address some of the operational costs of the campaign. Reroy continues to take very seriously its responsibility to ensure the safety of the general public and will continue to promote schemes that contribute to achieving this.
Pamela Bridgewater Children’s Home Project
The Reroy Group acknowledges the significant and invaluable contributions made by the Pamela Bridgewater Children’s Home Project towards the protection and empowerment of vulnerable young girls who migrate from the Northern Regions of Ghana to cities in the South in search of better life prospects. The project aims to provide accommodation, education and sustainable income streams through the promotion of large scale mechanised Agriculture.
In recognition of the Pamela Bridgewater Children’s Home Project’s contributions to society, the Reroy Group has made financial donations to the project and will continue to lend its full support to the project and its endeavours.
Annual Joy FM Easter Soup Kitchen
The Reroy Group genuinely appreciates the efforts made by Joy 99.7 FM in organising the 2011 Joy FM Easter soup kitchen at the Efua Sutherland Park in Accra. The event was aimed at providing free medical screening, medication, clothing and educational sponsorship to deprived members of our community. In support of the event, Reroy made a financial contribution to this year’s event.
