Morlai Kargbo - General Manager
Morlai trained at a three-partner practice in Middlesex where he qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 1997. He was an audit manager with them for several years before the firm successfully merged with central London-based mid tier audit firm. At haysmacintyre, in addition to carrying out audit and special assignments, he was in charge of a portfolio of over sixty clients.

Morlai felt that he could make a career in training accounting graduates in helping smaller charity clients, and also by assisting with management information systems, accountancy matters as well as audit matters, and so left haysmacintyre in January 2008 to set up Moracle. He uses much of his spare time working for voluntary organisations and he is also a steward in his local church.

Siraj-Deen Yussif - Head of Finance
Siraj-Deen Yussif is a Ghanaian experienced Chartered Accountant, Mr. Deen holds an MBA Finance and Administration degree from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon and has over two decades experience in banking and finance industry.

He formerly worked with Western Veneer Lumber Company (WVLC), John Bitar and SIPL all in the Western Region of Ghana. He was a part time lecturer at the Takoradi Polytechnic. He is a strong Muslim.

Rockson Samuel Nkansah - Head of Production
Rockson Samuel Nkansah is an experienced Ghanaian and has over 30years experience in the cabling industry. He is very competent and has high levels of professional commitment to his work. Rockson was trained in Germany and Switzerland respectively.

Prior to joining Reroy Cables in the year 2013,Rockson had over 30 years experience with the following companies here in Ghana Nexans, Ghana Cables, and Tropical Cables. A key member of the team, which saw the company, achieves ISO 9001:2000 certification. He is a fellow of the Institution of Electrical Engineers and a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Rockson is married and enjoys Music

George Oppong - Head of Maintenance
George Oppong is an Experience Electrical / Instrumentation and Plant Maintenance Engineer who have worked in Mining, Metal packaging (Manufacturing), Usibras Ghana, Group Nduom (FreshPak) for 20 years in production, safety, Environment and managing aspects such as predictive and preventive maintenance, energy management, spare parts management, Automation, people management, and organize training for members of staff.

Whiles with Multinational AngloGold Ashanti (Obuasi) and Crown Cans (Tema), I was trained in various areas on management and technical skills such as Supervisory skill, Communication and interpersonal skills, Leadership and teambuilding skills, Time management, Maintenance management, internal quality management systems (QMS-ISO 9001-2000) and basic /advance programmable logic control (PLC). George Oppong has BSc Electronics and Communication Engineering degree (KNUST), an Electrical Engineering Diploma from Cape Coast Polytechnic, as well as several electrical certifications.

Dr. Asamoah Baah - Head of Human Resources
Dr. Baah with a vast and varied experience graduated from the University of Ghana and continued for his masters and doctoral degrees in the US. His speciality cuts across finance, IT and Operations Management. He has worked and consulted for Fortune 500 companies both in the USA and Ghana.

Dr. Baah has also taught at several universities both outside and inside the country.
